Advanced Task System
Welcome to the Task System! Hunt specific monster races to earn massive rewards and climb the ancestral ranks. Oldera's task system is designed to reward consistent hunters with exclusive power-ups and titles.
Core Mechanics
- Location: You must be in a Protection Zone to start, cancel, or claim rewards for a task.
- Active Tasks: By default, you can have 2 active tasks simultaneously.
- Repeatability: Tasks are not repeatable. Once a specific task is completed, it cannot be started again. Choose your targets wisely!
- Task Reset: If you cancel a task before finishing, you can reset/restart it for a fee of 10,000 gold coins.
- Party Sharing: Progress is shared with party members within a 8-tile range (shared XP must be active).
Task Categories
There are two main types of missions available in the hunt panel:

| Money Tasks | Gold & Task Points | Focused on economic growth. Ideal for funding your equipment and supplies. |
| Experience Tasks | EXP & Ancestral Points | Focused on character progression. Best for leveling up and climbing the hunter ranks. |
Ancestral Hunter Ranks
As you complete tasks, you earn Ancestral Rank Points. Your title will evolve based on your total points:

Rewards & Progression
Every completed task grants a combination of the following:
- Experience: Instantly boost your level.
- Gold: Rewards are sent directly to your Bank Account.
- Task Points: Exchange these points with the Task NPC for Attribute Stones to enchant your gear.
- Ancestral Points: Required to unlock higher hunter ranks.
- Items: Rare equipment or consumables delivered to your backpack or Store Inbox.
Pro Tip: Hover over the magnifying glass in the in-game Task Window to see specific rewards for each mission before starting!
Unlock Your Potential
Maximizing your efficiency is key to becoming a Grandmaster. You can purchase an Extra Task Slot in the Game Store to increase your active task limit to 3!
